DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY BOOKING?

We take a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 to secure your booking to be paid within 7 days of receiving quote.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Direct Deposit or Card payments.  Please note a surcharge.

HOW LONG IS YOUR HIRE PERIOD?

Hire period is for 3-4 days

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Any damage to Hire items will need to be paid for by the Hirer.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND PICK UP OF HIRE ITEMS?

Depending on location which can be discussed at time of quotation.  Most of our range from 2024 will be for DIY Events.  Pick up from either Langwarrin or Skye will be available. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask if you have to cancel your booking to let us know at your earliest convenience.  We are happy to transfer your booking to an alternate date (subject to item availability.) Please note  cancellation results in loss of non-refundable deposit.
